Overview

Direct Convert is multi-channel software that supports multiple input sources (SDI, NDI, network streams, web pages) along with Video Transport feeds and converts them to SDI or NDI output signals. Here is how Direct Convert looks when you start it the first time: The interface contains 5 main parts:

1. List of Sources (left),

2. Multiview of channels to control the process (center),

3. List of Destinations (right)

4. Main menu (top)

5. CPU and RAM usage (bottom)

The main workflow with Direct Convert sounds like this: Configure one or multiple sources, configure one or multiple destinations, configure the channels to match what sources should be converted to what destinations, then start the process.
